Personal banking – In our commitment to becoming the nation’s number one choice in banking, we focus on taking banking services closer to our customers, making banking accessible and convenient, and consistently offering value for money through innovative products and superior service. Our customers enjoy the individual attention of a relationship manager or personal banker for all their banking requirements. Over time, we are expanding our branch network and enhancing our electronic banking facilities for added convenience.

Corporate/commercial banking – building on over two decades of expertise and experience in corporate and commercial banking, our customers benefit from the personal attention of a relationship manager as a single point of contact for all their banking requirements. Specialised corporate teams are concentrated in Windhoek and Walvis Bay, offering a national service to large, medium and small enterprises. We focus on developing business solutions for our clients, drawing on specialist skills available in our bank and throughout the wider Nedbank group.

International banking – a strong network of foreign correspondent banks, skilled teams and a proven reputation as a leading provider of international banking services have attracted the business of some of Namibia’s leading corporations, state departments and parastatals. A comprehensive range of services and particular proficiency in euro-related trade sets us apart.

Micro lending – Nedbank Namibia has a 60% interest in Finance in Education (Pty) Ltd (FinEd) which offers micro loans to employed people. FinEd manages the administration of the debtors’ book, using its proven administration skills in combination with Nedbank Namibia’s credit control systems, and supplemented by the bank’s stringent corporate governance procedures. Customers conduct their business in FinEd offices and outlets around the country. Micro lending is an important growth area for Nedbank Namibia, as responsible practices will encourage the migration from micro loan client to bank client in time
