Requirements of Grantees
Requirements of grantees if awarded funds:
- Enter into a formal grant agreement with the fund, including agreement on how funds will be disbursed
- Provide the fund with regular progress reports – both technical and financial – reporting against the objectives, activities, outputs and budget as stipulated in the approved proposal
- Allow the fund, or any agent appointed to act on its behalf, to visit project sites and activities and to review financial accounts and practices
- Within one month after the end of the project, to provide the fund with a final technical report, a final financial report fully supported by original invoices, and copies of any other products of the project, including brochures, posters, videos, publications
- Ensure that the Go-Green Fund is fully acknowledged in all products and in all media coverage of the project, and to promote the good name of the fund whenever possible
