Application Guidelines
The Go Green committee will meet tri-annually to review applications. Applications will be reviewed and evaluated against the objectives, conditions, other considerations and requirements as set out above. The decision of the Go-Green Fund on any project is final. Applications may be refused without giving any reasons, and the bank reserves the right not to enter into correspondence with applicants once they have been notified that their application was unsuccessful.
The Go-Green Fund will evaluate proposals three times per year, at the ends of March, July and November. Proposals must reach the fund in the first week of the month preceding each evaluation, eg first week of February for end March. Proposals missing these deadlines will be carried over to the next meeting.
These guidelines serve as guiding principles only. If you consider your request for funding to have merit, and meeting the objectives of the fund, please forward it to the Go Green Fund with appropriate motivation.
